Bendigo event. Faffed around in the green a lot today, so it wasn't exactly a clean run. Felt pretty good running though, but my strained calf (from last weekend) is still sore and this made it more sore...hmm

Longer warm up and short warm down as the parentals had to get to the rogaine

Ez in the forest after getting back home. Felt pretty good. Calf ok, as long as I don't go on uneven ground!

O ints on Mt Beckworth. I got hungry and tired really quickly, and when I'm hungry and tired I just can't get myself to try properly.....sooo yeah. It was a good session and then suddenly it was a bad session. Hope I'm not going to bonk like this in the oceania long!!

FU sprint O, including longish warm up and down. It went pretty well, a couple of small mistakes....calf still very sore but when I forced it to run hard it was ok.

Ez. The thought of running in Melbourne sounded so extremely dull to me that I've decided to work from ballarat this week. Felt ok but the calf I f'd up when I fell over yesterday was very sore

State league at...somewhere. Some quite steep slopes but I was a pussy and took some super wide route choices to avoid the climb - completely unnecessary! Lost some minutes there...goddamit. Apart from that I felt quite good running but had a really bad fall on the way to number one, grazing my bum and straining a lot of muscles in my calves. Felt a bit odd for a while after that and had some weird out of body experiences....but I think I was fine so I dunno what that was
