Oing at that map near our house (can't remember what it's called). Felt quite ok but just took it pretty easy and had a nice terrain run. It was 7 degrees and drizzling which was niiiiice.....and also a pleasant 11 degrees inside our house (my parentals don't believe in heating)
Yogging around the BUNS event with moth and gfry. It was pleasant

orienteering intervals 1:14:27 [5]
Sprintervals around Creswick forestry school (time includes warm up and down). Really cool area, I think it should be used for a NOL. Did one longer 2.5km course then four shorter intervals. Felt pretty good actually, didn't pick all the best route choices though and was a little too slow with some of my decisions.
4x30(1) 3x3(2) 4x4(1) in ballarat. Felt ok, it was fun!
Also I've said it before and I'll say it again. I hate Ballarat bogans. Earlier this week some idiots burnt yet another car at the top of our driveway, which also burnt and destroyed our wooden fence. So now we have a burnt car sitting in our driveway next to the gate that was broken by other bogans just a few weeks ago. Ridiculous.
6x5x40/20s up the river. Meant to do longer reps today but to be honest I'm really bored of running in Melbourne, so stuck to 40/20s to keep my brain occupied. Luckily for me, my PhD and casual jobs are super flexible so I might do my other sessions in ballarat this week :D
