Attempt at mile repeats. Really bad period pain today (sorry for potentially too much info) which got even worse as I ran, made it really difficult to run hard so after two very slow reps I called it quits and just jogged. Annoying....

Gym. Feeling quite tired, prob won't run today. Somehow doing weights helped my quads feel a bit better though

Shorter reps up the river. Felt only ok. Knee did a bit of clunking but in my (totally legit) physio opinion it's ok

Ez. Yesterday was the ultimate test for whatever is up with my knee, and I think it passed because it was no worse today (but still clunky). Legs were a bit tired from yesterday.

Also I've waited 2.5 years for this day.....I think I finally hate my PhD and want it to end.

5 x compound miles. Felt super good, and knee was ok but quite clunky. It was raining and cold but fun!
