Ez up the river. Every man and his dog/child/pram was out on the bike path. Another reason why doing sessions in the dark is better ;)

20H 4E 15H 3E 10H 2E 5H, 5min break then 4x200. Did the 20 and 15min faster than usual (or it felt faster anyway, I never look at my pace or distance) so was freaking cooked for the 10 and 5min. Legs are dead now

Speedy stuff with a longer warm down up the river. Felt pretty good, and felt speedier at the end than I did at the start.

It was 8 degrees and raining but I just made myself think of being in ballarat (where it was currently 4 degrees) and that was enough to make me man up and get out the door. And then I actually felt good and it was fun

Gym. Mostly glutes and hammies. Slept horrendously last night (as I usually do after hard sessions) and legs were very tired but this made them feel a bit better
