Ultra long. Thought i had done very badly on the first loop - felt slow running and had made a tonne of mistakes. Early on the second loop I suddenly realised I'd skipped the previous control. Stopped for a while and considered going back but then was like nah f this I'm already way off the pace. Walked for a while then decided it would be good training to continue on, so I kept going but didn't run particularly hard. But then I got to the finish in third .....so I'm feeling pretty dumb right now
