Did two controls of my course at the orienteering but was really struggling to concentrate and couldn't really be bothered....so just bailed to the tracks and turned my brain off. Need some sleep and some time to relax

Easy run around past the three sisters and along the cliff tops. Struggle to get up this morning, this workshop has been exhausting! Last day today though and can sleep in tomorrow :) run was ok but I was very hungry and felt a bit weak

Suuuuper nice run in the mtns today, went on some rough trails (involving a lot of stairs and a lot of boulder scrambling) and attempted to do 40/20s but it probably wasn't an ideal track for that haha. So fun though

Ints along a fire trail from our accom in katoomba. It was very hilly so my efforts were somewhat slowwww. But super nice morning and sunrise! Slept terribly though so may crash this arvo/evening and be unable to get up at 6am again tomorrow :/

Gym just with body weight because i had to rush to the airport- going to Katoomba for four days for uni. Really hope I'll have time for some nice runs but may not... :(

Ez up the river. Felt surprisingly good running, but pretty rubbish otherwise - didn't get home until 1am last night after my flight home was delayed by 4.5 hrs :(
