Mile repeats up the river. Took longer than usual because I had to go a long way around construction. Been a while since I've done this session so it felt quite hard and I felt slow.
Off to Sydney tomorrow to present at a conference, which is stressful enough, but I'm leaving before 6am and back at 10pm so will be WRECKED. Have already decided I'll be too brain tired to do the sprint on Saturday!
