7 AM

running 30:00 [3]

Ez down the river. Half asleep...but legs felt ok
6 PM

running intervals 1:35:20 [5]

5 x compound mile reps up the river. Unintentional long warm down because I got distracted trying to find a tap to drink from. Felt good but also slow (if that makes sense).

Also today I accepted a postdoc research job at Melbourne uni. Super excited that I no longer have to worry about preparing my CV for McDonald's ;)

Ez up the river. Felt good running but otherwise felt dreadful today - actually fell asleep for a few hours at my computer while I was writing my thesis (wasn't in the office though thank god)

running intervals 1:22:43 [5]

Long warm up, 6x5x40/20s, long warm down. Haven't done intervals in forever - felt SO out of shape!! Good thing I didn't do the time trial yesterday.... :D

Long run. It was nice, felt quite low on energy though (may or may not have forgotten to eat dinner last night...) so didn't last for very long...
