Hills in the rat (4x4, 4x1). Felt really average on the long ones, then good on the 1min ones. Hmm weird

Mfr Xmas champs (or something like that). It was really fun! I actually felt good and thought I was doing ok....until I caught sight of Tash in front of me and then lost my brain and accidentally skipped a control. Oooops...I'm a bit of a champion at mispunching! Better try and mispunch less than 50% of Xmas 5 days ;)

Pulled the pin on ints this evening - feeling tired and hips are sore...clearly haven't recovered very well from Wednesday (oops). A bit frustrating....but better to be undertrained than over ;)

Yog down the creek. Felt good I think, can't really remember!

5 x 1 mile reps up the creek. Felt good for the first three, and then died on the last two. Warm down was a long, very slow, crawl home via a few bubblers. Not great...definitely need to do a few more of these sessions this summer

Weights and plyos - just did the usual. It was good. Very sleepy tired today though so didn't run.
