Ez down the river. Felt pretty good, but must have looked like I was in struggle town because one guy rode past on a bike and said "yeah, keep up the good work!!" and then 5 mins later another guy gave me a huge thumbs up and yelled "woo keep going!!" .....dafuq :/

Undulating 500s along codes forest rd. Pretty good session, legs are a bit sore and heavy which I think is just because I've gone back to the gym this week (and also increased the weights I'm lifting.....oops). Long warm up and down.

Tram to sprint training was really late so I missed the session :'( intended to do some ints up the river but it just turned into a jog. So tired and cranky. Have a bit too much to worry about right now :( prob good to bank some training from falls creek anyway...
