Did 4x1km hill reps, and then I wasn't sure whether that was enough so did 4x30sec fast hills. It was really fun actually! Felt really good. Took a water bottle with me and that made a huuuuge difference to how I felt - was no where near as cooked as I normally am at the end. Or maybe I just didn't run hard enough haha
Ez single track yog no2. Went around a corner and came face-to-face with a big koala that was making its way up a tree. It scared me so badly that I almost punched it in the face haha! (I didn't, I just screamed really loudly)

Really fun! Was running a bit erratically in the second half because Warren was just behind me watching my every move...apart from that I think I did ok
Ez down the river. Felt pretty good, but must have looked like I was in struggle town because one guy rode past on a bike and said "yeah, keep up the good work!!" and then 5 mins later another guy gave me a huge thumbs up and yelled "woo keep going!!" .....dafuq :/
