Sprintervals at Melbourne uni, including warm up, rest in between, and then an extended run home. Cbf separating it all out.
Tried to be really aggressive and run a little out of control. Maybe missed one or two optimum route choices but otherwise kept it together...except for one near the very end where I didn't read the map properly and ran into a dead end (only lost like 15secs though). Also I must have taken a perfect break from orienteering this summer because now I am super duper pumped for Melbourne sprint weekend (especially the sprint relay!) :D
