5x1km hill reps. Felt quite bad warming up but then managed the session ok - felt consistently bad for the first 400m, and then really good for the last 600m. And then felt good for the warm down...dafuq

10x500m along codes forest rd. Was having a great time until some really seedy bogans drove up, so then I got scared and hightailed it to a different track. Good session though!

Sprintervals at Melbourne uni, including warm up, rest in between, and then an extended run home. Cbf separating it all out.

Tried to be really aggressive and run a little out of control. Maybe missed one or two optimum route choices but otherwise kept it together...except for one near the very end where I didn't read the map properly and ran into a dead end (only lost like 15secs though). Also I must have taken a perfect break from orienteering this summer because now I am super duper pumped for Melbourne sprint weekend (especially the sprint relay!) :D

Ez up the river. Legs felt good but brain felt like mush - had been reading creepy stories on Reddit when I fell asleep for a few hours (yep, I'm working hard to finish my thesis :P) and woke up super confused and disoriented. Felt a bit more with-it after this run

Plyometrics: i) single leg bounds; ii) box jumps; iii) box drop & jump. Miff (dog) kept getting up to come and watch me do my box jumps, she looked really concerned haha

Strength and Conditioning 35:00 [3]

Weights: i) squats 45kg; ii) deadlifts 50kg; iii) SL deadlifts 25kg. Then rollouts. My right glute is far weaker than the left. Weird :/
