5x1km hill reps. Pretty good session, took a little while to work into it but wasn't as tired as I expected (was pretty smashed after my session last night)

Ez single track yog. Felt pretty good. Had hoped/planned to do parkrun this weekend and smash a PB but ended up prioritising sleep...which I think was the correct choice right now. Otherwise I will crash and burn

Undulating 500's. A bit obsessed with this session at the moment! Felt pretty good, glutes were quite tight though. Almost stepped on an echidna

(Not super sure how long this took altogether).
Bush o training for a change! Not very impressed with my nav - I was super sloppy and erratic as hell. Hopefully just a bit rusty...haven't really done any proper forest O since nationals last year. Really good training though. We practiced race starts which was good. Though I'm actually still not sure which kind of start suits me best haha

Ez. Had a big headache and so felt a bit rubbish. Was pretty chilled about my thesis until a few days ago when a tidal wave of stress hit.
