Ez single track yog. Felt pretty good. Had hoped/planned to do parkrun this weekend and smash a PB but ended up prioritising sleep...which I think was the correct choice right now. Otherwise I will crash and burn

Bush o training for a change! Not very impressed with my nav - I was super sloppy and erratic as hell. Hopefully just a bit rusty...haven't really done any proper forest O since nationals last year. Really good training though. We practiced race starts which was good. Though I'm actually still not sure which kind of start suits me best haha
