Pairs training with Michele. It was fun. We threw rocks down mineshafts. And also did some orienteering ;) Cool area!

Middle ish course. Ran semi hard. Navigated reasonably ok....took probably two slightly silly routechoices.

Middle chasing start. Ran semi hard again. Went ok technically...a couple of small mistakes and one super dodgy exit direction when I was rushing to get away from Mikkel and Anni. Felt pretty strong though, so that was nice. Maybe should have run properly hard...
