MSW sprint relay. Super fun race!! My run was ok, a little sloppy and felt a bit tired. Good experience to do the mass start - normally I would freak out but today I think I kept my head ok.

MSW...Melton (can't remember the name of the school). Had a reasonable run again - took one bad route choice near the end, plus was aimed towards a non-existent gate on the leg back across the oval, so had to suddenly correct and ran stupidly further than I needed to. Otherwise it was super fun!! Pretty happy with my weekend :D
MSW Monash. Had an ok run....Felt a bit slow in my decisions and map reading. Maybe just a bit out of practice. Also punched the men's first control and started off to the second before I realised.....good save ;)

MSW Caulfield grammar. A very slow and careful race! Made numerous small mistakes and also started off from 8 to 10 before I realised Lanita and Bridget weren't behind me - then remembered number 9! Haaaa oops.
Ints up the river. Pretty mediocre - had bad "stress legs". Dunno if that's a real thing, but at least for me if I'm stressed and mentally tired my legs often feel tight and depleted. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
