40/20s up the river in the dark. It was fun! Legs were sore and heavy in the warm up, so I almost pulled the pin, but I decided to do at least one set and then decide - weirdly they felt waaay better running hard than jogging :/ so it was a good session. I think my body de-conditions really quickly, so doing weights again after 1.5 weeks off freaked them out.
