Ez in the forest again. Actually felt really tired, so didn't do intervals and even had to walk a bit :/ :/ a bit frustrating....not sure why I'm so tired! Was utterly smashed on Friday night after a huge week of work so maybe that didn't help.
Bendigo O plus very long warm up and slightly shorter warm down. CBF separating it out (but took 42:32 on my course). A bit of a scrappy race - probably lost about 3 or 4 mins all up. Also felt quite tired running...not sure why! Anyway, it was really fun

Ez up the river. Big fan of these 6am runs (so far) because I'm half asleep so don't even realise that I'm out running. It's almost like training in my sleep ;)

Ints up the river: 4x30sec/1min 3x3min/2min 4x4min/1min. Felt quite good! Warm down was too long and I was absolutely smashed at the end
