State series. It was really fun. I was having a pretty good run until near the end when I wandered off into some vague stuff and lost a ridiculous amount of time. Oops. Felt ok running, prob could have attacked a bit more and run more aggressively

Long warm up then on the warm down went to look at the lake. It was not as lush as I was expecting
Yog back in melb. Felt better than I did during the orienteering. What.
Bendigo event. It went ok, bit sloppy with the nav. Felt reasonably strong running but also kinda missing a higher gear. Not sure if I've lost fitness or just need to freshen up.....anyway, this was a good hard run
