Ballarat lap of the lake. Gosh it's been ages (like...10 years) since I've raced the lake! Not super happy with my time.....but i guess conditions were quite shit (windy and wet) and i didn't rest up for it at all. Still want/need to be faster though.......
Ints up the river. Took a little while to warm up into it - glutes and hammies sore from weights. But once I did, it was actually a very good session and I felt great. Yay.
Mega hungry and had a big headache, so felt crap for the first half and turned around early. Then I came good but was already near home soooooo ....yeah
Woke up at 5.30am to go running but then got back into bed because I felt so sleep deprived and crap. And then when I got home from work I pretty much got straight into bed to sleep. I think I'm going to try to go to bed at about 9pm every night so I can get more hours sleep.
State series. It was really fun. I was having a pretty good run until near the end when I wandered off into some vague stuff and lost a ridiculous amount of time. Oops. Felt ok running, prob could have attacked a bit more and run more aggressively
