12x2min on undulating tracks in the forest. It started raining not long before I left so the tracks were getting more and more slippery. Pretty good session though

Plyometrics and core when I arrived in the rat. Was going to go for a run too but I was too distracted by getting my PhD thesis back with no revisions YAY!! I didn't want to read over that beast again haha
