Sprint relay. Felt so slow and sluggish running, not super sure why....apart from that I ran a much more controlled race than yesterday. So that's good. Still made a couple of mistakes and got caught by some fences. Oops. Was fun :)

Sprintervals on a map....I don't remember what it's called. It went ok but I'm still feeling a bit off physically, not sure why. Haven't done much in the last week so maybe I need to do some more /harder running to wake my legs up. I dunno!
