3 hour maxi event with Aislinn. Really fun, the time went super fast! Logging this as running because I actually just spent most of the 3 hours two steps behind Aislinn while she navigated - definitely the lazy member of the team!! Felt pretty good for the whole thing, we didn't go very fast but I wasn't sure whether I'd last this long.
6x~3min hills. Felt pretty good but then died a bit on the last one. Calves and glutes are really sore/tight after weights yesterday. Felt pretty smashed afterwards!
Threshold down the river. I wasn't looking at my watch so didn't realise I'd been out for so long....oops. It was really fun though (apart from the last 20mins because I was dead), not feeling super fast
