Warm up plus about 40min of orienteering. Holy crap I was TERRIBLE. Didn't hit any control cleanly and even ran off the map :/ :/ bit worried!!!

Intervals straight after orienteering along a random track on the map. Smashed after, but felt like I needed to flog myself after such a weak orienteering effort
