Run from home to the O event. Had to do a big deviation around some bogans, so took a bit longer than expected

O race at petticoat. Very fun! Had an ok run, not great. Made quite a few small mistakes and felt very slow....don't think I'm that unfit (could be wrong though haha) but maybe just used to running on a bike path in Melbourne and not in and out of erosion

Also good, but L Achilles is still sore so didn't do intervals....Just did 2hrs of running today instead (haha). Not sure what the pain is yet so will just take it easy for a bit and get a free assesment at work :D
