NOL long. Made a huge mistake on probably the easiest leg of the whole course - went 90degrees wrong off a track and ran off the map hahahahaha. Was a bit grumpy after that!!

Aus relay champs. Had an ok run, some small mistakes....felt really sluggish running, two days off running kills my legs. Really fun!

Flight to Sydney was just descending to arrive when the control tower got evacuated, so our plane turned around and went all the way back to Melbourne. And then re-attempted some hours later.

Anyway, didn't end up with time for a run:( :(
