Easter long. It was ok, I don't think I ran aggressively enough - was feeling pretty ok physically at the end. Always struggle to get the right approach for longs, think I get a bit intimidated by the distance or something and then am too conservative :/

Easter Sprint. Got totally bamboozled at the first one then never really got my act together after that! Should've just slowed down to read the map properly.

Sprint relay - I was 4th leg. Felt pretty good, thought I was slowly catching Tash but then made a big 45sec mistake :( oh well, don't think I would have been able to pass her anyway!

Ez up the river... in Perth. Felt ridiculously stiff and tight. Spent 4hrs sitting waiting at Melb airport this AM waiting for our delayed/cancelled flight :'(
Maybe shouldn't have had a rest day yesterday too
