Very slow easy run. Legs tired from walking so much yesterday.

40/20s in high park with a long warm down. Finally felt pretty good! Bit chilly here today though. Saw a chipmunk

Walked 21km around the city and Toronto islands. It was nice but legs were exhausted by the end of the day!

Today hasn't happened yet but I'm gonna call another rest day. Going to Niagara falls all day :D :D
Haven't been training well here and am a bit paranoid about the next NOL coming up, but probs more important to be over-rested than under-rested...
