Shorter trail ints. Felt super good! Achilles ok overall but possibly a bit more sore than yesterday....can't really work out exactly what it is ...maybe bursitis so I might rest this arvo / tomorrow

Trail ints. Felt really good! Achilles a bit sort of stiff but not painful. Lots of people out, bit surprising considering the weather and how slippery the trails were
