4x2min, 6x1min, 10x30/30 along the trails. Timed it so i met with gfry for a bit on the warm down, then met with moth! Almost met up with gin too but he was sneaky and we just missed him

4x30sec, 3x3min, 4x4min, 1x5min (this 5min was an accident haha, i thought I still had another 4min rep to go!) through the forest. Soooo nice. Saw other people out, which is unusual. Should have brought my salomons from Melb because it was pretty muddy and slippy
