Went for a run at Mt Alexander! Wasn't sure where to go, so just ran straight to the top haha. Was following a vague track up but eventually lost it so it turned into a terrain run. Then did some "intervals" (v slow) on the Goldfields track before going terrain back down to the bike tracks then back to the car! Nice run, felt ok except have a sore knee
