40/20s along some new Yarra trails! Woo. Warmed up with gin and then he ditched me. Very muddle and slippery on the trails, so really didn't get any speed up...but was feeling a bit tired anyway so oh well

Easy on the Yarra with gin! Woo. It was cold and wet, but fun otherwise. Felt a bit tired. Gin made me run too fast.

Coach gin session: 6x4min on the grass/bike path. Felt good but also tired - couldn't get any speed up for some reason....weird. nice to get out anyway!
