Ints with Matt from westerfolds. Actually felt really quite good ! What a pleasant surprise. Still very head tired though and needed a nap afterwards

Flying back to melb and soo exhausted! Didn't even have to deal with a change in timezone (well 2hrs diff, which is basically nothing) but really tired and slept 13hrs when I got home!

Run/walk on the Seoul trail! It was really nice, lots of stairs (and also lots of stops for photos and to try and work out where I was...not sure of the exact running time so I'll just be lazy and lump it all together). Not going to get much/any time to do any exercise for the rest of the week so tried to make up for it with this!
