More intervals with Matt, this time on the tracks around point Nepean. Felt slow and like it was much harder than it should have been. Toe was ok again! Cut is mostly closed now too, yay

Away with Matt on the peninsula for a mini holiday. Ran on the back beach track and did some intervals - hard work because I'm unfit. Toe has turned a corner and feels ok :D thank god
