Just a little one with Matt. We both felt awful today for some reason, like we were both coming down with a flu. Didn't seem to develop into anything so was a bit weird!

Spent the whole day catching up on work, which wasn't fun, but I did do some nice (very slow) intervals on the Yarra in the sun :)

Another looong work retreat day - SO exhausted all day. Had time for a run at 6am but was just way too tired. Think I undid all of the relaxation massage I got on Tuesday which is sad!

At the RACV resort on the peninsula for a work retreat. Snuck in a small run in the only gap we had - otherwise a very long very tiring day!
