Ints with Matt on the Yarra again. Felt weirdly quite good today. Still pretty shuffly though!

Then headed back down to the RACV resort on the peninsula (after being there only a fortnight ago!) in the arvo for another few days of a work retreat. Hopefully this one will involve more 'retreat' and less work
