Nice run out to Cape Schanck lighthouse and back. Did some intervals to feel like I'd done a proper run! Felt pretty ok :) busy days otherwise though and was v tired

Slow morning shuffle from the hotel towards the beach and back. Felt tired and very hungry! Was so excited to sleep in the massive posh comfy bed but for some reason had one of the worst sleeps ever :')
