Had a really deep massage on peroneals, toe flexors, anterior tib etc with Curly Rob. Fucking hurt. ain actually seems worse afterwards??

Did some WCOC Biathlon - Orienteering and darts. Good laugh, all on an area I know really ell but had a terrible headlight on and the wrong shoes so wasn't moving very fast as was like a skating rink!
Climbing with H before T2. Pushing hard again, leading 6b mostly but managed the 6b+ Iv top roped before. Probably a soft grading as they are all over the shop in Kongs
