Hip niggling away but was such a beautiful day I convinced myself out once Ben Nevis got entered.

So glad I did, once I got going its the best I've moved up a hill in ages. Really enjoyed myself, Stile End-Outerside-Barrow loop. Taking the flats and downs very easy but actually felt a bit more like my old self ont he ups. Ted was flagging.

Got home and realised I can't do Jura after all as I've booked my flights for Jukola camp - whoops.

Very easy trotting above Staveley with Wil, fluce, Rachel, Tom and Pete ze German. Tres slippery and hip flexor tres annoying.

Tom provided entertainment with no grip shoes.
