Chill out run from the weekends exertions. Felt really good, really loosened up near the end. Ran in my really old knackered trainers cos my other ones have died and shred my heels when I run in them now.

2nd day of the Capricorn. A tiny 3 hours today instead of the 5 of yesterday... Unfortunately I'm not quite fit enough to have got the extra points so again finished early, but having done all I could do that day :) Blisters still hurt. A lot.

Capricorn 2007. Long score... It was long. Bit upset that I utterly underestimated myself and ended up finishing early and could've got an extra 60 points. Boo :( Blisters were a bit of a pain and my legs have died a horrible brackeny death.

MDOC run from the Woods house around Dunham Massey. Did an interval down the canal, then after the others cut off, Nick sped up for the remaining few kms... My knees and feet were dying a bit by the end from lack of insoles and orthotics but it was v good.
