| Run on a not very full stomach. Recovering from previous evening for routine intestinal check-up. Felt mostly pretty good but some very steep hills in this run and I didn't have any backup energy to tackle them.

| bit slow still need to work on it to get my speed back up to doing laps in 42 minutes. Mispunched my watch and stopped 100m early so had a little break and then was able to do last 100m in 2minutes from a pool start not a dive. |

| Score event and I wasn't feeling 100% Funny tummy and a bit stiff from yesterday. Anyhow managed to get 400 points first woman back 4th overall. Probably went the wring way .....lots of hills!
