ahr:146 max:170 spiked:5/10c (injured) shoes: Jalas O shoes

Must have been feeling rotten...Really sore and stiff neck. Went out on second leg fortunately an unofficial team..... punched 4c instead of 1c similar number 198 and 196 and same feature rock cairn! the problem was I didn't realise until the next day! Something wrong when you don't even notice the mp on the end of the list of splits!
Anyway I enjoyed the weekend despite the poor effort!

Second swim for the week. Hurrah! Bit slow but hope to get back down to closer to 42 minutes soon!! My hamstring reaching up into my glut is still sore.

Trying to recover from the weekend. Nice weather and nice pool not many people in it at all. Bit slow but it was recovering. Got a sore hamstring which now feels a bit better..

This wasn't too bad if you could take out the first control. 18 minutes in a max 5 minute leg. oops! Next time remember to concentrate out of the start triangle and go in the right direction!
