Dingo run out to Hastings Road. run and walked taking it easy on my sore ankle. Ran back along Serpentine Rd and Terrigal Drive. Ankle not too bad still sore just in the one spot really. Getting a cold too so that's why my heart rate seems high, certainly didn't feel like I was exerting myself to warrant that reading. Managed to get my battery changed in my watch so hopefully it won't die on me overseas now!

Well first day in Czech. Forgot to pick up my control descriptions so had to run back to assembly and pick them up added another 2 km to my running. Made it back to the start with 30 seconds to spare! ok but slow to 10 long down hill leg where I was aiming for track option but drifted down the hill and missed it, Wrong route choice to 7 in green and missed control annoying. Otherwise just a slog up hills!

Well didn't get to go for a swim yesterday thought I'd better stay at the parent teacher night. And today thought I would try and see the physio who's just opened up next door but one but he wasn't there so rang and left a message. So came home and knew I had do do something feeling b a d really need my exercise to feel good its getting worse as I get older and I really resent not going swimming.
This felt harder tonight than before not a good sign.... My ankle held up but still has some worrisome sore bits still
