Yoga (Anytime gym) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Bare Feet

Good session with Manu. He's off to India for a couple of weeks. So a sub next week. He gives a good workout and it seems to be getting a bit easier and I can do more!

Pilates (Anytime Gym) 1:00:00 [3]

With Larissa. She is a brilliantly clear instructor who takes great care to make sure we do the moves correctly and slowly. Always find muscles I didn't know I had after her sessions!

Orienteering (SL4 Roseberg SF ) 1:09:24 *** 6.56 km (10:35 / km) +243m 8:56 / km
ahr:150 max:165 spiked:8/10c shoes: Inov-8 Fly Roc

Was doing ok apart from stumbling a lot and falling over a couple of times in the fallen timber and rocky ground. But got distracted slightly going to 4 and it cost me 3 minutes. Then the hard work to cover the long legs but I was pretty happy with my navigation. The going to the last control lost the plot and wandered all over the place ended up at the finish and had to run back up the track after totally forgetting about the last one. Not happy but very tired...well that's my excuse;)
