Good session with Manu. He's off to India for a couple of weeks. So a sub next week. He gives a good workout and it seems to be getting a bit easier and I can do more!

First swim after along break from regular lap swimming.Decided to only try for the km with a mix of kick-board and freestyle. First and last 100 flipper free.

Legs a bit sore from orienteering yesterday.

Was doing ok apart from stumbling a lot and falling over a couple of times in the fallen timber and rocky ground. But got distracted slightly going to 4 and it cost me 3 minutes. Then the hard work to cover the long legs but I was pretty happy with my navigation. The going to the last control lost the plot and wandered all over the place ended up at the finish and had to run back up the track after totally forgetting about the last one. Not happy but very tired...well that's my excuse;)
