Terrigal Trotters time trial although I didn't get my time officially recorded. Walked a bit and left hammy and butt a bit sore too. Run didn't really solve this problem! Aerobically it was fine. Would I love to do this pain free? YES!

A Barry crocker shocker! Had a headache at the start and it showed! Best not to dwell too long. Loved the area nevertheless so wild and lots of marshes which threatened to swallow you up!
