Fairly enjoyable despite all the green patches! A couple of wrong route choices cost me some minutes and I went up the wrong track Argh! Apart from not navigating properly to 7 pulled in too early on rock line ok run. Ilet the team down though slowest in the team;(

Manu taught this class ...what a treat! Amy was doing her first aid course. Great session and he always has the heat a little hotter than the others.

With Glenn, small class and as lays he highlights the technique in the poses which is good. Not so good on the balances this time.
