CT race with Alex and Ed. Temp warm and steamy but not totally wilting. Took it steady and focused on not crashing, so down the hills conservatively. Felt okay on the climbs, passed a few people there.

Interesting the gps didn't come close to the measured course distance nor the mile markers along the way.

Up the paved mountain road from the ski area base lodge to the summit hut. Last 1/4 mile is gravel. Waited out a shower to start and then went up in mist to a clouded in summit. Easy run down to save the knees.

Time trial up West Hill Rd with training group. Steady climb the whole way. Legs felt okay despite the run up Ascutney Friday. Start/finish up further on road than workout I did last month, this was faster time and working harder.
