Ran OK but started making mistakes second half of course and had injury repurcussions which forced me to slow to a jog/walk for the rest of the course.

I have been attacked at school and now have large amount of internal bruising near the top of the side of my left leg. Very painful to bend leg or put any strain on it. Getting better slowly.
