Thursday May 15

Running intervals 4:59 [5] 1.0 mi (4:59 / mi)
4 x 400

71, 71, 76, 81

I guess you could say I died at the end.
C • Tuesday? 1
Running intervals 1:47 [5] 0.38 mi (4:44 / mi)
3 x 200

35, 36, 36
Running warm up/down 10:00 [3] 1.11 mi (9:00 / mi)

Monday May 12

Running 15:00 [3] 1.67 mi (9:00 / mi)
Since we continue to seem less like the Schroeder track team and more like the Schroeder "lets talk about our feelings" team, we only managed to get in a 15 minute run today.

Sunday May 11

Running 20:00 [3] 2.4 mi (8:20 / mi)

Friday May 9

Running race 1:04 [5] 0.25 mi (4:15 / mi)
3rd place in the 400 at the Marion Invite!
Running race 2:36 [5] 0.5 mi (5:12 / mi)
A pretty tough 800 that took place roughly 30 minutes (it felt like 10) after the 400.
Running warm up/down 20:00 [3] 2.22 mi (9:00 / mi)
My legs still felt sore from the Wednesday workout today.

Thursday May 8

Running 20:00 [3] 2.29 mi (8:44 / mi)

Wednesday May 7

Running tempo 10:00 [4] 1.5 mi (6:40 / mi)
I ran directly from my car to the track, and immediately started the tempo run. Probably not the best plan. I felt pretty good.
Running intervals 5:46 [5] 1.0 mi (5:46 / mi)
80ish, 80ish, 86, 78

I definitely felt the effects of the tempo run during the 400s.
Running intervals 1:30 [4] 0.38 mi (3:56 / mi)
6 100s

Tuesday May 6

Running 20:00 [3] 2.22 mi (9:00 / mi)

Monday May 5

Running intervals 5:52 [5] 1.0 mi (5:52 / mi)
2 800s: 2:55, 2:57
Running intervals 4:28 [5] 0.87 mi (5:05 / mi)
7 200s: 39, 40, 40, 40, 39, 37, 33

Saturday May 3

Running race 1:04 [5] 0.25 mi (4:15 / mi)
4:16 for our 4x400 relay at the His and Her invitational! No one got our official-ish individual split times (we only had one coach there), but my mom clocked me at somewhere near 63, which was probably really a 64. We didn't get to run the 4x8 because Megan hurt her quad (and because of the torrential downpour that forced the meet to end early).
Running 20:00 [3] 2.5 mi (7:59 / mi)
