I didn't have my watch, so I don't know exactly how long it took me to come back, but Casey finished a little after me in about 9 minutes. I definitely felt the heat, even though it was only a little after 9. I'm leaving for California early tomorrow morning, so I will miss the next 2 weeks of captains practices and lifting.
