| out to the pier and back. My left ankle was bothering me- sharp pain whenever I stepped on it. I was thinking that I wouldn't be able to run, but after our dynamic stretching, I didn't notice it again. I think pain that goes away once you are warmed up is a good thing (as opposed to pain that gets worse the longer you run). |

| I ran with Clare, Brianna (Demming), and Christina (from Thomas). Paige ran the first 20 minutes almost keeping up with us, but then found another group to run with. It was really hot out today, forcing us to stop for a couple (only 2, Dad, I promise) of water breaks. |
